If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we always provide appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses (SCCs).
11. How long do we keep data?
We do not keep personal data longer than strictly necessary. For example:
- Customer and supplier data: 10 years after the end of the relationship
- Prospecting data: maximum 3 years after last contact, unless you unsubscribe earlier
- HR and payroll administration: up to 10 years (legal terms)
- Application data: maximum 2 years after completion of the procedure
12. Guarantee of lawful and safe processing
BizzTrax BV always processes your personal data fairly and lawfully. That means:
- Only for legitimate and defined purposes
- No more than necessary
- Limited storage period
- Technical and Organizational Security
In the event of a data breach, BizzTrax immediately takes all necessary measures to limit damage.

14. When we act as a processor
Processed for certain services BizzTrax BV personal data commissioned by customers. In that case, the customer is the controller and BizzTrax acts as a processor, in accordance with the concluded processing agreement.
