Nutriphyte develops nutritional supplements. To simplify their administration, the company opted for Business Central. With a view to expanding to France and rolling out a new website, Nutriphyt was looking for a partner to implement comprehensive and future-proof business software for them. The challenge: replacing existing administrative software
Nutriphyt looked for a new platform to replace their existing administrative software. It had to have at least the same functionalities. In addition, the new platform also had to future-proof are, given the plans for a new website and to expand to France.

Based on a thorough analysis of Nutriphyt's needs, BizzTrax stated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for.
Business Central is a total business management solution. The ERP system offers many options for purchase and sales management (quotes, orders, returns, contracts, invoices, credit notes, reminders...), relationship management (CRM), personnel management (employment contracts, contact details...), item management, inventory management, production management and project management.
The software package is part of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and is therefore easy to integrate with many other Microsoft applications. Think of reporting in Power BI, a Power App that performs automatic actions... Via own integrations, such as Isabel Connect, it is also possible to link the new ERP package to the familiar systems.
The outcome: a scalable, central administration system with transparent reporting
Nutriphyt now has an ERP system that allows them to take care of all administrative tasks, integrate smoothly with their new website and track their products logistically.
In addition, there was smooth reporting made possible thanks to Power BI.
Also a sister company Bioamoles, which wants to develop and commercialize natural food supplements, has now decided to work with Business Central.
And that international scalability? That's also good: after that initial implementation, Business Central also became rolled out in France.
